Stacked Column chart Y axis value label not shown ...

I have a 100% stacked column chart with 1 measure which does the count aggregation, It ws working all fine until recently someone informed me that after publishing the report to PBI service the lable values on Y AXIS is no more seen (only within PBI Service)

I did try to use the FOCUS MODE on the visual still the Y axis values do not get shown

However, I can see the values when in PBI Desktop mode from 0 20 40 60 80 100%, I tried to go to the settings of the Y axis opened the Range option and keyed in 0 as start and left auto as end saved the report and published back to PBI service, still its not being shown

Is this s bug in the March 2023 release or am I missing something, Please help

NOTE: I am on the March 2023 edition of PBI desktop
