Fabric doesn’t show a detailed “Update all” progress bar. Use Source control >> Updates to see per-item status, and the bell notifications for background updates. When it finishes, the list clears.
If you see many changes after switching branches and the banner about folder support, that’s expected. For activity/error details, capture the Activity ID/Cluster URI from the popup and check the Monitor hub or open a support ticket with those IDs.
