Please can someone assist, i am having troubles refreshing my dataset, i am getting the below error i have updated my gateway to the latest version but still. also i have tried the named PIPES which is already enabled.

Hi Hariharan

Thank you for trying to assist. i managed to sort out the issue, i had to use the personal gateway and not the other one. and had to set my security level the same on the deskto version and service.
