Issue has been fixed to pretty much all regions, please try to publish app in your Service .

Hi @Henrik_99 

It's a known issue . The ID is 330276222 .  The current workaround is  :

1. Go to "Content" page in app update flow

2. Click on "Add content". Uncheck all and click save

3. Click on "Add content". Check the artifacts that you want to include in the app, and click save

4. Go to "Audience" page and enable the content for relevant audience. 

5. Click "Update"
