Something Went Wrong

Hi, 

 

The user is getting this error when everyone else on the same level access across RLS can view. 

 

1 person out of 10 keeps getting this error.

Hi @AndreyM,

 

May I whether this issue still exist? If it still happens, please consider these steps.

1 Clear the cookie/cache of the browser and try again

2 Check the network status, switch to other network or enable/disable VPN

3 Make sure the status of the account of this user is proper

4 Make sure this user has the required license to view this report

5 Check whether this user is a Viewer of the report workspace

6 Make sure this user has been added to the RLS role of the dataset

 

If there is any post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please let me know. Thanks a lot!

Hi @AndreyM 

 

I would suggest getting the user to log out and log back in.

 

Also if you can make sure they are using the latest version of their internet browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
