    My guess is that you have some non-conforming data in those columns when you do not slice the data down.  In other words, you have some "blanks" or some non-numeric data or an error data of some sort in that column of data.  I would go back to Power Query, edit that field to confirm everything is a numerical value.  In fact, once you confirm everything is numeric, I would change it to text and then do another step to change it back to numeric just to prove it is working.

        And were you able to change the data type to text and back to numeric (or whatever you had)?
