Hi,
I have been experiancing some issues with Power BI, we have shared a dashboard with users, but the majority of them cannot see the dashboard and see the below:
This is not an issue for me as everything loads in for me and a couple of colleagues, who are admins, whereas the majority of people experiancing issues are members. I did try and promote one to admin to see if that was the issue, but it did not make a difference.
If anyone has an idea of what the problem might be, I'd really appreicate it!
Thanks
Hello @CG_FinXO
I am sure workspace roles is not the problem, are these all custom visuals?
Is there any difference between the people able to see the report and who doesnt!
The visuals are all BI cards, line graphs etc that pull from either a databse or the CRM.
This is the issue, I can't identify any tangiable difference between those that can and can't see the visuals, very much stumped at this end. The only thing I could think of was permissions, but as I mentioned, we've ruled that out.
Have you tried publishing it again, or publish it with a different name if possible.
Thanks
Tried both those, and even tried a new workspace, but it doesn't seem to help.
It just says it couldn't load data for the visual, please try again later.
What does the error actually say when you click "See Details"?
