I have a matrix with three fields in the Rows section. The report is published to the PowerBI Service. Some of my end-users can expand the hierarchy down to the third level, either by clicking the [+] or the "Expand all down one level" button. However, some users cannot expand the hierarchy down to the third level. They can see the [+], and the "Expand all down one level" button is not grayed out and can be clicked, but it doesn't expand the hierarchy when clicked. I've tried removing the fields from rows and re-publishing the report, having users clear cache, and still no luck. Anyone seen this issue?
Have this issue been solved? I am facing simular that the team with admin access can expand the hierarchy in the matrix, but the end user can not when they are using the +/- buttons. However, they can expand the hierarchy when they use the expand option.
Would appreciate any suggestion
