Some users getting message they cannot view content because of security.

We have followed the instructions and believe we have a secure link when we have published to the web our PowerBI report. We have created other dashboards and have never had an issue with it. We have had several users report they get the message below. This is the link: https://www.oregondatadecisions.org; Google is the domain name registrar and SquareSpace is the website host.  We've ensured that the dashboard code is secure. The only thing that we can think of is that maybe since the SSL certificate just got turned on today, that some computers are not getting it yet. It says that SSL certificates can take a while to propogate across the internet. In case this isn’t the issue, I wanted to see if anyone knows how to troubleshoot this problem. Thank you for your assistance. ~Cheryl Davis

Thank you! It also seems like it works after people clear their cache...but how many people would think to do that. Appreciate the response!

This looks like an SSL certificate issue not a Power BI issue. The browser has not got to the point where it is trying to embed the Power BI content as it has not been able to establish a secure connection to www.oregondatadecisions.org. People on this forum don't really have the expertise in troubleshooting SSL configurations.
