Some users are not showing on usage report

    jaweher899 thanks for your response.  I can rule out time delay as I am talking about a User who uses it but is not there at all.  I checked the filtering, nothing is filtered.  I can only think it is to do with authentication, but if the user did not log in, they could not access the app in the first place?
