Some strange Chinese after published in Service

I have published the PBI to service and there are two question

1.On service when I moved my mouse over the visual element, a Chinese character suddenly appeared

   but ererything is ok in PBI Desktop

2.On service many filter are missing

How about refreshing your page?Or try to open it in incognito mode?It seems a cache issue...
