Some reports not running in Service

Hi,

My company started to have problems on monday. To be in context, we have several Workspaces (one each client that we have) and in each one several PBIs that were working for 3-4 years.

This monday 15th April at 7:00AM UTC we were working using the reports in the service with the clients and everthing is ok, but at 8:00 UTC all the refreshes failed and since then the refresh are ok but some of the visuals cant be displayed and showing errors. This is producing problems with our clients that since that day the can't see the BI reports.

Our workspaces and license are Pro, but we ahve tried using Premium per user and premium capacity and it doesnt work (but we need in pro that it was working fine for the last 5years) and in local the BIs was owrking fine.,

We received errors like, Syntax error , capacity, etc in the service. depends of the day.

On monday we have opened a ticket to microsoft and working with them doing some trials, we created in front of them 5new pro workspaces and in 2 of them the uploaded report (SAME REPORT) working fine and int he other 3 not, ok, and on tuesday the same workspace fails again.

Someone is having the same issue? we are in the 4 day of the issue and it is very critical for our business and the opened ticket with the microsoft that we dont receive much information or solutions. We are not sure where is the problem, we suppose that if we didnt change something and starting to fail in service becasue in local is ok... seems to be a change in the service. It would be very helpfull if some with the same issue can help or someone from Microsoft can help us, we can send the #ticket if necessary

we have received a notificaicon from microsoft that they have done an update in the DAX on the service ... and they doesnt allow to use the word "function" if you use in variables of columns/measures. It works in local but not in service becasue the update was only in the service.

Hi @dobregon 

As far as I know, this is usually a fortuitous event, have you tried to re-publish the report? Sometimes this behavier can solve some issue.

Please try to delete visuals that don't display properly and re-build them, then publish the report.
