Some of my visuals present different values from PBI Desktop after refresh from

Hi everybody,

I am struggling for severals days with a stange case and can't find a solution : so I am calling for help  🙂

My case :

My data are about alerts from servers
I designed a report based on dataflows and on a Teams folder

When I publish the rapport from Power BI Desktop to Power BI Service, the report is the same.
But when I refresh (manual or planed refresh) the dataset from the Service, some visuals in the report returned differents values.

In my attempt to resolve

- I cleaned all my queries (only used query are in the dataset)
- I verified the confidentiality from the sources (all are defined to Professionel)
- I tried  to debug using a simple measure to point if the problem was linked to referencement of measure

All my test are unsuccessul

Example given :

To test, I made a measure "total_alert" :

total_alert = COUNTROWS(ALERTES)

and a measure "total_alert 2"
total_alert 2 =
total_alert 2 = COUNT(ALERTES[Host])

Both measures return the same value in Power BI Desktop
After publication to Power BI Service, both measures return the same value as Power BI Desktop
When refreshing the dataset from Power BI Service, both measures are the same, but defferent from Power BI Desktop

It acts like if it use a local dataset, and another dataset in the Service.

Thanks for your help

Please provide more details. Is this on Shared or Premium capacity?  Are you using incremental refresh for one of your data sources?
