I've been working with PowerBI for 6 months or so and I am finding it's quirks cause it to be highly unreliable.
Refresh is questionable. Most times I have to go down into the query editor and refresh the specific query as the refresh from the main screen will not refresh the query. I spoke with support and I was told that I shouldn't have to go down to the specific table inorder for the refresh to work.
Subscriptions. Subscriptions randomly work. I have two subscriptions running and one has stopped. I deleted and remade the subscription and it's still not working.
PowerBi has made me look bad on several occasions. I'm getting emails from my C level bosses asking why their subscriptions are being delivered.
Asking for help usually involved being asked for more details. I'm not sure what other details you are asking for. One subscription works the other does not. There are no errors and when I click run now it runs with no problem.
Our company is in talks now to drop PowerBI and go to Tableau due to these

@Anonymous Your best course of action is to contact Microsoft support and get them to troubleshoot why these subscriptions are not firing. You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
