Some Problems connecting to azure

when I publish the report to the online service it takes along time when I refresh and I get the following error:

Data source error: The credentials provided for the AzureDataLakeStorage source are invalid. (Source at ........). The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: Runs.

The connectiontype is Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and when I test it says it is online.

Hi @paneerroll ,

The error message indicates a problem with the credentials.You can try the following steps

1.Go to the Semantic Model settings in the Power BI service, under Data Source Credentials, update the credentials.

2.Whitelist the Azure IPs for your region in ADLS.
