Solution for manual data

Hi,

We are using Pro Licenses for PowerBI. Majority of our data is coming from sources such as SAP and we refresh our reports on PowerBI with a schedule. We have a few manual data requirements that are easiest to just update to an excel spreadsheet. This is because the users are familiar with a spreadsheet.

Where would i set up an excel spreadsheet so that a few users can update it and i could automatically apply PowerBI queries to the data with scheduled refresh?

Hi @CarlsBerg999 ,

You can upload the excel to OneDrive or SharePoint and then connect to that file from OneDrive/SharePoint. Then you can simply make the changes to the excel in SharePoint and that will reflect automatically in Power BI after dataset refersh happens.
