Community ChampionHave you tried using deployment pipelines? The analyst could publish to DEV with their connection string. Then when you deploy to test, you can use rules to change the server and database it is connected to. I did a bit of reading on deployment pipelines, and if I'm not mistaken we have to be on a Capacity plan to leverage that, whereas we're on standard 'Pro' licenses.
