Snowflake Credentials Fail Randomly with scheduled refresh and work again after re entery.

Statments on the Enviroment

• Using a service principal account to connect to snowflake
• Power BI Preimium Capacity
• Daily Refresh
• We have many other reports that use this same service principal 

Pattern of events:

• The report runs for weeks with no snowflake credntials issues.
• It will fail 4 times in a row and cancel the scheduled refresh.  
  •   Failure Message: "The credentials provided for the Snowflake source are invalid." 
• We update the credentials in Power BI Service with the exact same credentials that it had before. 
• The refresh will function as expected for several more weeks.
• The cycle will repeat.
