Slicers sticking across users?
Hi. A user reported to me that changes another user made to a slicer are showing up when he loads the report.
I have not been able to replicate this, using two report viewers in my office. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? I thought users had completely separated spaces for the "session settings" when they view a report, including slicing, sorting, etc.
Thanks,
Amon

Is it possible the user just got reverted to report defaults?
I don't think I'd believe that one user's slicers are affecting someone else's unless I could replicate that behavior.

I got in touch with the user who reported to the user who reported to me the problem. It turns out it was *my* settings he was seeing. That's understandable, since I'm the report author. It's still an open question whether he was seeing selections I made "live", during a presentation, or if he was seeing selections I have published with the report. I'll need to experiment with that. Thank you for the responses!
