Hi a coleague_1 gave access to a report for a coleague_2 in power bi Service. Inside the report there is a slicer. But when the coleague_2 opens the report, the slicer changes and become a label. What can she do to maintain the slicer. People told me it could be the diference between version of report of coleague_1 and version of the power bi service of the coleague_2

Based on the screenshot you provided, it seems that this is not Power BI Service but Power BI Desktop.
Can you provide details of the version or more to make it easier for us to reproduce the issue?
