    Then it sounds more like a browser cache malfunction for that user. Wasn't there a change in the persistent storage policy too?

    suhayl_qodirov,
    Try opening the app in incognito mode. Browser cache affects the performance or rendering many times.

    Also, make sure persietent filters is checked in the underlying report.

suhayl_qodirov  Try republishing the report by having the preselected values in the slicer and check if you are still facing the same ?
