Slicer of same PBIX changes Selection Control when published by a specific user

Dear all,

Recently, I encounter a strange behavior of a slicer in a report.  When this pbix is published by a specific user, the single selection slicer defined in Power BI Desktop becomes multi-selection slicer after published to Power BI Service.

We have tried publishing the same pbix file by other different logins and the slicer does not change.

We also tried publishing with different PC and also use F5 to refresh Power BI Service for each publish.

However, it seems that the multi-selection slicer is sticked to that specific user.

Any suggestion or help are high appreciated.
