Slicer not filtered properly

Hello! I am currently working in the PBI service for a big organization.
We have a report which contains a slicer which is working properly for everybody (many users) except for one user (we do not know why). His issue is that the slicer which contains the values of a column is not being filtered correctly. All the rest of the report and data is displaying with no issues.
The filter for the slicer is in the filter panel as an "all pages" filter.
The user has cleared cache, closed the browser, reset the computer and the problem still persists. Any answer would be really appreciated! Thanks.

After reading the subject the first question which popped into my mind is whether you have implemented a row level security in your report?
