Slicer button in Service when selected gets big

Hello Community, 

 

When data are selected from the table or the map, the slicer button in the Service version shows really big. 

 

This issue does not happen in the Desktop version.

 

There are six "chiclets" in the selection area under Divisions. When data are selected only one of the Divisions show and the button (e.g., Northern, shown in the image below) that shows is very large and expands to fill the entire slicer area. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this so that the "Northern" button, when selected, shows as the same size as the buttons in #2 far below? Thank you for any insights!

    massglobalmegac ,
    It's usually a bug if something is happening in Desktop but not in Services.
    Here's what you can do after making the changes in desktop and publishing it again into services:

    1. Check in incognito mode - To verify if issue is because of cache
    2. Check in another browser - To verify if issue is because of browser
    3. Check for another user - To verify if issue is user-specific
    4. Check in another workspace - To verify if issue is workspace-specific
    5. If a paid visualization is used, please check if it allows to be displayed in Power BI Services

     

    Please raise a ticket with MS after researching these so that they can check logs and tell you exact solution.

    Hi massglobalmegac ,
    Seems like your map is filtering the chiclet slicer.From your PBI Desktop, please go to Format -> Edit Interactions -> Click on the map visual -> Select "None" in chiclet slicer visual

    Thank you, Anand24, for your prompt reply. I followed your clear instructions and unfortunately was not able to change the issue in Power BI Online. 

     

    What is interesting is that I am not experiencing this issue in Power BI Desktop (see below, when Hennepin County is selected, the button shows the size we want it to display). The issue is occurring in Power BI Service (online), which also did not respond to your clear instructions. 

    The FOurth Division shows correctly in Desktop. The issue of the large button shows large when viewing in Service (online). 

     

    If you have any additional guidance, I am happy to receive it. Thank you again.
