You didn't do anything and now it's back to normal right?
Then I have some clues up, in some discussions created this month about post-update issues in the service, one of which was a possible layout change due to a 5 pixel change in default height.

As the effect of 5 pixels causes the visual height change, as I said above, the height change affects the visual layout, these 5 pixels play a key role, so the layout changes in the service, and in the desktop, as the title is closed or opened, the same causes the height change, this change in your visual just reaches the boundary of the change, so your visual layout also changes.
