Size of shared dashboards?
Small questions about dashboards. How is the data capacity limit setup?
For example let’s say a few team leaders (pro accounts with 10gb) create dashboards how big are these when they are shared to free license users? or is it so that when getting a shared dashboard doesn’t fill your data limit?
Whenever a dashboard is shared with you a copy of the dashboard and underlying report is sent to your workspace. Unless your in a group environment then the dashboard and underlying report + dataset are sent. These will account for your personal data limit.
The size of a dashboard really depend on the data source and types of visualizations.
The average size will be around 1/2 mb. A (real) example user has 12 dashboard ranging from 5-15 visuals each and he used up 8mb of his data limit.
