Single table refresh for published dataset in PBI workspace

Hi Team, 

We have some requirement to schedule specific table refresh for Published dataset in PBI workspace. We understand that this can be done by using XMLA endpoint and connecting it to any external tools like SSMS, Tabular editor etc. 

But suppose we want to explore the programatic approch to schedule this mechanism by using some ETL tool than Is this possible?

One workaround we found by invoking Powershell script for targeted table refresh in published dataset but locally it will work since it will use , user credential for authentication and will initiate the dataset refresh. But if we want to invoke powershell command by using ETL tool like Alteryx , SSIS or DataIKU than hardcoding User credential  in powershell script wont be good option. Any suggestion on this ?
