Single User Unable to See Refreshed Power BI Report Data
I have a user who is unable to see the latest data in a Power BI report, despite having Viewer access. They've attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Clearing browser cache
- Manually refreshing the report
- Signing out and back into Power BI
- Revoking and reassigning their access
Additionally, I’ve tried republishing the report, but the issue persists. All other users can see the updated data without any issues—this appears to be isolated to this one individual.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have suggestions for additional troubleshooting?

Hi datavizzy1,
Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Community Forum.
Thank you ibarrau for the helpful response.
since other users can see the latest data, this appears to be isolated to the affected user. Please follow below steps to resolve the error;
1.Try InPrivate/Incognito mode to rule out cache or browser extension issues.
2.Verify that they are accessing the correct report directly from the workspace, not via an old bookmark or shared link.
3.Check if Row-Level Security (RLS) is applied, which might filter data for them.
4.Confirm they are not using personal bookmarks, which can preserve old filters/states — they can reset via View > Reset to default.
5.If the report is part of a published App, ensure the App was re-published after the latest changes.

Hi. Have you tried reset filter button? sometimes users don't realize they have change a filter and if you are persisting them it could be something like that. If the issue is only one user, then the issue is in their ecosystem. If reset filters won't fix it, let the user try another browser or machine to isolate it from their usual configuration to check if there is something broken there.
I hope that helps,
