Single Page Report Export via Power Automate

Hi,

I am trying to use power automate to export a single page of my Power BI report. Usually this is done via copying the page name on the url but the page I am trying to export doesn't seem to have a page name, just a bookmark name. Is there anyway I can get this Id or any other work arounds to this?

Thank you

Hi @User_000

Here are 3 possible options:

1. Create a Separate Report:

If the page is not directly accessible via URL, consider creating a separate report with just the page you are interested in. This way, you can directly reference this new report in Power Automate.

2. Use RPA:

If you are able to use an Automation tool like Power Automate Desktop, you can use it to simulate the manual export, but automate the process.

3. Set Permissions for the export account:

Use an account for the export which specifically only has permissions to view the data you want to retrieve from the export. For instance, you can configure an APP audience which just has permissions to see one report page, hence the exports will also only revert the same data.
