Sing in Organizational account in PowerBi to Load Sharepoint data

Hello, I have created a group in Sharepoint, and I want to create a powerbi with an excel file from the sharepoint repository. However, when I try to get the data in PowerBI, Sharepoint Folder, and then go to Organization Account to login, I am unable to login (even though PowerBI is with Corporate Account). Power Bi throws a message: "Cannot connect. Please delete your credentials and try again later."

I appreciate your help.

I have another question: I wrote It here because I can not found another way in this webside.

Question #2: I create a Form to know the start time (arrive to work) and finish time (go to home) from people at work. I need that PowerBI help me to do a diference between  the finish time and start time by person (DNI= Cédula de Ciudadanía) by date. Could you Help me?

Hello, at startup it seems to work fine, it opens in the browser window and even powerbi says: you are logged in. But it appears the alert symbol in a yellow band when trying to access web content: We were unable to authenticate you with the credentials you provided. Try again.
