Since yesterday Excel connected report to PowerBI have been having refreshing problems

Hello,

 

-I have an old excel report connected to power that refreshes for ever and get stuck when I change the filters.

-And when I'm trying to add a measure to another new one, I get this message.

 

Here's the error message I get for second case:
