Sign up email

Hi,

I was trying to sign up with the below email address, everything went well, i created my microsoft account and got email with verification code but when i went to this address "https://signup.microsoft.com/signup?sku=a403ebcc-fae0-4ca2-8c8c-7a907fd6c235" to sign up for power bi desktop (free version), i didn't recieve any email.

Hi @MMahdi ,
I feel you don't need to sign up here.
You can directly download the latest Power BI Desktop .exe file from this link, install in your system and sign-in using your Microsoft account directly in Power BI Desktop.

Hi 

I have power bi on my laptop and i tried that but i get this error: "asa-structure.com isn't in our system. Make sure that you typed it correctly."

The domain doesn't seem to be existing in Microsoft's server.

Still got the problem, i contacted my site support and they advised me that my email or site work properly. 

It seems email didn't send from power bi

I didnt get the error "your domain in not on our website" when i tried to sign in from desktop app, but i guided through sign up page for power bi account and after entering my email address an verified my cell number, for completion need to enter verification code sent to my email. But there isnt any email! 😞
