I've built a Power BI Template, that connects to a particular piece of software, to show reports.
I have set up the Power BI to directly connect to an API connection solution (SyncHub in this instance).
However, I have become aware that I could (maybe should) connect this (SyncHub) to Dataverse, and get dataverse to do all the data manipulation, cleansing, etc.. and then push the outcome of that to Power BI.
Also, I'm interpreting that if it goes into Dataverse before Power BI, it has the potential for increased security.
Any one know of any articles or blogs I can read up on this, or any advice? I can't find anything easily, and it feels like I should be able to.
