Hi @swathrddy ,

You indicated that your Power Automate workflow was unsuccessful, which may be due to licensing issues.

Before proceeding, please verify the following:
The Export to file for paginated reports or Export report to file features in Power Automate require either:
A Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) license for both yourself and the service account used by the flow, or that the report is located in a Premium capacity workspace (indicated by a diamond icon).

Without Premium or PPU licensing, the export functionality will not operate.

If you have the necessary license:
Please refer to Microsoft’s official guide - Export paginated reports with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Learn  - to schedule the PDF export and save it to SharePoint.

If you do not have Premium/PPU:
You may manually export the report from Power BI Service (File - Export to PDF) and upload it to SharePoint, or use Power BI Subscription emails as an interim solution for your team.

Please refer this KBA,

The guides include prerequisites about licensing requirements, workspace capacity (Premium needed for paginated export), and admin settings.
