Sharing reports with our customers

Hello,

I would like to share reports with our customers (30 customers with each one their own report). I don't want to force them to pay for a Power BI Pro licence and we can' consider to buy a Premium license for our company. 

Do I have to create and pay 30 Pro licences or is there another solution? Customers will only have to read their report (and extract the data in excel).

Hi there

If you want to share the report with the users you can use either of the options:
1. Get them Power BI Pro licenses
2. Use Power BI Premium
3. Use Power BI Embedded, but you will need to handle the authentication of the users (And as far as i know it will not allow an Excel connection)
