Sharing reports with External users

Have published a report and need to share with both internal and external people

 

The message says it's been shared successfully but the external users don't get the email.

 

Am using a trial Pro user license.

    How about the result after you follow the suggestions mentioned in my original post?Could you please provide more details about it If it doesn't meet your requirement?

      Hi. Sorry for the tardy response, but it took a few days for our IT support to get me access to the Power BI admin portal. To answer your questions, (a) they are not in the access panel (b) Share content with external users is set to "Enabled". All that said, my Pro trial has now run out. Am I able to extend the trial further? Thanks for your help. P
