Sharing reports to external user, not recieving e-mail

When i try to share a report with an external user the user does not recieve a e-mail with the link in it.

I tried to send the link manually but the external user cannot open the link.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Does the external user have a pro license or is your report in a permium capacity?If not, he cant open the link.

What is the external user's domain of his e-mail address?If it is a personal e-mail address,it's not supported to recieve the link.

Last,there are 2 ways to share a report with an external user,hope it would help.
