Sharing reports reports with other users

Hi all,

 

Im slightly confused. I have a Power BI Pro licence and am wishing to share some reporting dashboards with another member whom has a free BI licence. Am I able to do this? or do they require a Pro licence as well?

 

Or do we share it via SharePoint?

 

The other person is just a viewer and wont need to colaborate.

    Needs more details. Are you on a shared capacity or on Premium?

    I am not familiar with that licensing option and have no way to test it but I would assume that your report users also need a Pro license.

    Sharing reports with other users should pay atthention to:

    As long as the shared report is in the premium workspace, the pro user can share it with free users. Free users do not need to be in the workspace. However, adding free users to the workspace is also an option.
