Sharing report with external users
Hello community,
I want to share my dashboard with users outside of my organization. What is best way to do that?
*Data stored in AWS
Hi, Akbarov
- You can invite guest users and share your reports and dashboards with them.
The guest user must have the proper licensing in place to view the content that you shared. There are a few ways to make sure the user has a proper license: use Power BI Premium, assign a Power BI Pro license, get a Premium Per User (PPU) license, or use the guest's Power BI Pro license.
Distribute content to external guest users with Azure AD B2B - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
- If you don't want to buy Premium and Pro licenses, you can try publishing your report or dashboard to the web. However, when you use Publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual. This method is not safe.
Publish to Web: Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Hi Akbarov
If you have the data stored in your Power BI Service dashboard, you can just share the dashboard with the users email address.
Here are details on how to share, and then how to share externally Share Power BI reports and dashboards with coworkers and others - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

With Webdashboard you can easily share your Power BI reports and dashboards, with an intern and external users. All you need is an e-mail address.
You can try Webdashboard for 30 days and if you need any help, they will quickly react. It's available at the Microsoft App Source and for more information, you can visit the website: www.webdashboard.com

You could also consider using a plug'n'play white label solution like the Reporting Hub: https://thereportinghub.com. It allows you share to external users by taking advantage of Power BI Embedded without any development complexity. You can create your own internal cloud based portal for sharing and delivering Power BI content. Deploys in minutes and no code required.
