Sharing report only show white loading screen

Hi, when someone tries to open the report I shared with them they see only a white loading screen as below.
I have a Pro trial license.

    Hi lneave,

     

    How did you share this report with others? Directly clicking the "Share" button or send them the URL? 

     

    Do those recipients have Pro license? Are they in the same organization with you?

      I tried both the share button and the URL. And tried to people inside and outside my organization. They don't have a pro license.

        Hi lneave,

         

        Please be aware that with sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, or the content needs to be in a Premium capacity.

         

        Besides, currently, there existing some issues about dashboard sharing. https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
