Sharing permissions for MS Power BI QER reports

I'm trying to share the MS Power BI QER reports with other people on my team https://aka.ms/qerpbitemplates

The templates load easily in Power BI Desktop using my admin account.

  • There is a 'CQD' role using DAX expression '[MSFTIdentifier]=USERNAME()'
  • Each template is published to a premium Power BI workspace
  • In Dataset security each team member is added to the CQD role
  • Settings/Credentials is setup with my admin account
  • Settings/Schedule refresh is setup for hourly
  • Report/Share settings includes all members of the team
  • Report is embedded into a sharepoint online site with read permissions setup for my team

I can see the report on the sharepoint site but everyone else gets "It looks like you don't have access to this report".

Any ideas?

Hi @curtism

Please check whether your teammates are the member of your workspace and the member of the sharepoint page.

There are two ways to provide report access in Power BI.

The first way, if you're using a Microsoft 365 Group to build your SharePoint Online team site, is to list the user as a member of the workspace within the Power BI service and the SharePoint page. For more information, see how to manage a workspace.

The second way is to embed a report within an app and share it directly with users.

For more details , you may refer to this blog:  Grant access to reports
