Sharing or Embedding Power BI Reports with RLS

Hi,

I tried doing RLS, However when I tried share it with others they can't access it and asking them to upgrade their power BI license. How can I share it to them without having them subscribe?

I'm currenly using Power BI Premium per user License right now.

Unless you have a Premium Capacity or Fabric Capacity (or Embed Capacity, which would also work for embedding), your end users will need to have a user license themselves.

For Reports placed in a Premium per User workspace, users will need a Premium per User license as well.

For Reports placed in a Pro license, users will need a Pro License.
