Sharing on Pro-Licence between Mircosoft and Gmail Suite
We currently have 2 Power BI accounts. One with the Pro-Licence (Mircosoft email address) and 1 free (Gmail Suite) using our company domain (.com).
All company staff use a Gmail address (@"Company Name".com) and has Mircosoft email address for office 365 products (@"Company Name"1.onmicrosoft.com). The Pro-Licence is Mircosoft email address, but these addresses don't have Inboxes.
We are unable to upgrade the G Suite login to the Pro-Licence, our IT provider has looked into it and say it is not possible (if this is possible let us know).
With our Pro-Licence we are able to share, but not within our company using G Suite addresses.
What I was hoping to do was to send scheduled reports by email, is there any way we could connect our Mircosoft accounts to our G Suite Accounts without having to upgrade?

Hi there,
As far as I can understand, you would have to use the onmicrosoft.com accounts, because these are the ones that you have the Power BI License assigned to.
What you could do, is to go into Azure Active Directory and then remove the Power BI Pro license from the onmicrosoft.com and then apply it to the companyname.com?- JJClyDelaneyRegular Visitor
Thanks GilbertQ
We already tried this Azure Active Directory has the same problem as Power BI Our current account type is not supported, like Power BI we need to become an IT admin, which is not possible under G Suite using our companyname.com.
