Sharing of Dashboards not possible.. loss of rights?

I tried to share a Dashboard with a colleague, both of us using power BI pro. The following notification poped up, saying ther would be a problem:

Leider ist ein Problem aufgetreten.

Fehler beim Senden von Einladungs-E-Mails an Benutzer. Versuchen Sie es später noch mal.
Versuchen Sie es später noch mal, oder wenden Sie sich an den Support. Geben Sie die folgenden Details an, wenn Sie sich an den Support wenden.

Microsoft reports this as Advisorie in Office 365 Admin Portal:

PB143613 - Can't share reports
Status: Service degradation
User impact: Users are unable to share reports within the Power BI service.

They rolled back an update and this issue has been fixed since. Guess they missed something in QA.

Already did, then they called me when I was unable to pick up, haven't heard anything since. I dont want to call back because it's a phone in India. I was hoping they would try again, but no luck....
