Sharing multiple reports at once, not individually

Hi all,

Wondering if there is a way to share multiple reports / dashboards at the one time.

Lets say I add a new user to a workspace and they require 50 reports in this workspace, do I need to go into each report and share individually, or is there a way to do this in bulk?

Thank you.

You could publish an app with the 50 reports in the workspace and then share to the user.

The app will including the related dataset when you select the reports and the dashboards.

In addition, you also could share with Content Pack , but you only could share with the organizational member.

      Thank you for your help.

This is what I was after. It will save me a significant amount of time when adding a new member to a work space with many reports.

      Thanks again!

Hello,  when you add someone to a workspace, don't they automatically get access to all of the reports?
