Sharing license Premium per user for Pro

Hello everyone,
I have the PowerBI premium per user license, with this license can I share it with PowerBI pro users in my organization or do they need the premium license as well?

    Hi MonpInfo ,
    in general, once a Power BI artefact is under Premium license, you cannot share with Pro users any more.
