Sharing dashboards by URL

Hi guys!

I'm starting to use Power BI for my organisation and so far it's great!. Just one quick question. I want to share an url with the dashboard (publish to web) to my stakeholders in order to check their perfomance using Power BI. (They don't have neither desktop nor Pro), though they'll be able to see it publicly. Is it allowed to do this or do I need some specific licence for corporate use?
