Sharing dashboard within organization (no organization account?)

Hi all,

I used to work a lot with PowerBI at my previous job. Now I've started a company of my own and we have 3 employees in total. I have created a PowerBI dashboard and published it online using an App. I have registered PowerBI Pro under my business e-mail (e.g. sven@business.com)

Now I want to share the dashboard with the other employees (joe@business.com and john@business.com). PowerBI says they can't find the e-mailaddresses within the organization. We do not have any D365 accounts or something so have not registered any e-mailadresses. We have our own mail server.

Is there any way I can share the dashboards with them?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can share dashboards with people inside or outside your organization.

Prerequisites:

• You need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User(PPU), whether you share content inside or outside your organization.
• Your recipients also need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, unless the content is in a Premium Capacity.

You can share dashboards by granting user direct access but not via links that give access:

They need Pro licenses as well.
