Hi Robert1981 ,
Thank you for sharing this in the Microsoft Fabric Community. As mentioned by GilbertQ , sharing personal bookmarks directly with others isn’t possible at the moment. However, you can:
- Use report bookmarks, which can be shared with other users.
- Share your customized view of the report by selecting the "Include my changes" option while in Reading View in Power BI Service. This allows the recipient to see the report with the same filters, slicers, or settings you applied.
For more details please refer this document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-reports .
If this post helps, please consider accepting as solution to help others find easily and a kudos would be appreciated.Best regards,
Vinay.

Thank you.
I guess this only works when you have admin rights. i just tried with other users. They do not have that option to click that checkbox

Hi Robert1981 ,
Thank you for bringing this up! After checking, can confirm that the "Include my changes" option is available to all users, regardless of their role. However, it only appears if:
- You’ve made changes to the report, such as applying filters or slicers.
- The report is in Reading View (not Editing View)
If no changes are applied, the checkbox won’t show up in the sharing dialog.
Hope this helps. If this post helps, please consider accepting as solution to help others find easily and a kudos would be appreciated.
Best regards,
Vinay.
