Sharing an Active View

Can an active view be shared with other users from a Power BI App with filters being retained like it can be within a workspace? The Share icon for a workspace has options of Copy link, Mail, Teams, and PowerPoint, but only displays Copy link when clicked within an application. If Copy link is used and the link sent to another user, default filters are displayed rather than those chosen by the sender. Are there any settings or other options that can be set that will ensure filters are retained when a link is sent from an application on the service?
